Anyone help with Mac printing from internet

Help!!!! I'm so frustrated. I am trying to print invoices for my Avon business. It use to work real slick. I would just click on the print invoice button. I would get a document in preview program. Then I'd do file print & out it would come. Now I'm getting this weird error message ( The attemp to load 'Acessing URL:http://avon.youravon.com/MultipleInvoices/servlet/toPDF? rep_id_=198188985&number_of_orders=1&order1)
Anyway, I contacted Avon & got some ideas to try (clear cache, clear history, check cookies-which I deleted all of them, & shutdown & restart). I've tried all of these & it still gives me this error message.
I'd appreciate any ideas to help get this worked out. :o)
